We Take
Flight Training
Seriously

Experienced Instructors

Let our experienced flight instructors turn you into a safe and proficient pilot. So, whether your goal is to pursue an exciting career as a pilot in the aviation industry, or learn to fly and purchase your own aircraft, Airgo has the staff, facilities, and the training experience to make your dream come true, usually at a much lower cost than larger flight schools located in warmer climates.

Tailored Training

We are very proud of our past and present achievements in flight training and have prepared hundreds of pilots for successful aviation careers. We tailor our flight training courses to specific student needs.

We now offer special courses for International students and for Veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan, designed to meet the specific flight training requirements for specific areas.

Approved by the U.S. Department of Veteran's Affairs

We are extremely proud of our young men and women in the Armed Forces, and know returning to life after military service can be difficult and frustrating.  Let us help you develop a career you will love and enjoy for the rest of your life and put to use skills and talents you've already acquired!

We are approved by the U.S. Department of Veteran's Affairs for reimbursement under the Montgomery GI Bill. The Veteran must have a valid pilot's license and current medical certificate to begin receiving benefits under the GI Bill. We will gladly help you through this process.

Weather for Every Pilot Situation

Why spend extra money to get your flight training in an area that guarantees over 300 sunny, flying days a year? Yes, you get your training done in a short period of time and have your pilot ratings, which is great for fair weather flying. But how many actual pilot-in-command positions actually have pilots flying only where the skies are clear and sunny all day?

Here in the Midwest, we offer the flight student the opportunity to learn to fly in weather conditions that he or she will encounter in the "real world" of flying, be it as an airline pilot, business pilot, or flying for personal use. Breaking out "on top" is an exhilarating experience where you leave the weather behind and fly your passengers to their destination on top of the clouds where it is sunny and smooth, then shooting the instrument approach to their destination with the skill and ease of a professional pilot.

Learning to fly in the Midwest gives you the training you need to deal with all kinds of weather conditions and better prepares you for real life piloting.
